Has any device shown a measurable SYK-specific signature

In plain words

Graphene flakes in strong magnetic fields and other platforms have been proposed to realize SYK physics. One 2024 experiment on graphene dots reported transport consistent with SYK, but no measurement yet isolates a property unique to SYK.

Precise statement

Proposals include irregular graphene flakes in a quantizing magnetic field (Chen et al. 2018) and Majorana-wire arrays. Does any device show a quantity specific to SYK, such as a thermopower set by $\mathrm{d}S_{0}/\mathrm{d}Q$, the charge derivative of the residual entropy, or tunneling conductance scaling as $\operatorname{max}(eV, k_B T)^{-1/2}$? Answer yes or no.

What would settle it

Thermoelectric or tunneling measurements on a candidate device reproducing the predicted universal values and scaling over a decade of T.

Status in the literature

Unverified note

Anderson et al. (PRL 132, 246502, 2024) reported thermopower and conductance-fluctuation data consistent with SYK theory in a specific temperature range; uniqueness to SYK is not established.
